Will my plug fit?
Say where you live and where you are going. The answer is one line.
United States to Cambodia
Your phone charger is fine.
Your Type A plugs go in as they are. Your Type B plugs will not, and those are the earthed ones: a hairdryer, a heavier laptop brick. Pack an adapter only if one is coming with you.

One thing first. Nearly every phone and laptop charger takes 100-240 V. If yours says so, you need a plug adapter and not a voltage converter.
Cambodia: 230 V. United States: 120 V. A charger marked 100-240 V will not notice, and a kettle will.
